About Us

Mikayla Cisneros

I’ve had a passionate love for dogs for as long as I can remember, but what really made me fall in love with dog training, was when I got my first German Shepherd, Rogue. If you know anything about german shepherds, it’s that you HAVE to train them. She was extremely smart and super sweet, but she jumped, pulled and barked on the leash, whined like crazy, had a spotty recall at best, and didn’t care about her food. I had to figure out how we could work together to do the things that we loved, but with rules. Through balanced training, and me committing to working with her and our relationship, she blossomed into one of the most amazing dogs I’ll ever have. She had a bomb proof recall off leash, and we hiked and ran hundreds and hundreds of miles together. She no longer pulled on leash or barked at other dogs, never jumped on people, and would yell in excitement every night for her dinner. Training gave us both the ultimate freedom to live our best life together! To meet her was to love her. We have recently lost Rogue, and although she has left a massive hole in my heart, I know that her legacy will live on in all the dogs I train now and in the future. It’s because of Rogue that I found my purpose and get to change the lives of so many more dogs and owners.

My philosophy is creating a relationship where your dog WANTS to work with you. A strong relationship with concise communication, motivation, and clear boundaries will set you both up for a lifetime of success!
