 FAQs

  • As a trainer, the most important thing to me, first and foremost, is the relationship that you have with your dog. The relationship is the premise for all training, and earning the dogs trust and building up their motivation to work together is my first point of focus. Once you have an established communication system, and the dog understands exactly what you are asking for, then it is important to also hold them accountable.

  • This course will go over ALL basic obedience. You will be able to teach and hold your dog accountable for the following commands: sit, down, stay, heel, place, come, and more. This course will also go over nuisance behaviors such as jumping on guests, counter surfing, crate training and more.

  • This is a self paced course, so your progress is dependent on the amount of time and energy you invest each week. If you can commit just one hour throughout the day with your pup, you can achieve amazing obedience in just 30-60 days. The pace of learning also depends on your personal dog and how fast they are able to learn and progress.

  • A slip lead, treats, and a place cot is all you need to get started!

"Training often fails because people expect way too much of the animal and way too little of themselves.”

- Bob Bailey
